1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Trident Mobility's online booking system and services, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions of use presented below.

2. Modification of Terms

Trident Mobility reserves the right to change these terms at any time. Users are obligated to regularly review the terms and conditions. Using our services implies acceptance of all terms and conditions.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment can be made in cash or by card at destination
  • Additional charges may apply for waiting time, route changes, or special requests

For credit cards issued in currencies other than the local currency, cardholders will bear the fees charged by issuing banks as well as any difference resulting from currency exchange performed by the issuing bank. Trident Mobility has no knowledge or control over exchange rates used by issuing banks.

5. Confirmation Methods

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your transfer will be approved by one of our team member.

6. Service Description

Trident Mobility provides premium chauffeur and transportation services including:

  • Airport transfers
  • Business travel
  • City transportation
  • Meet and greet services
  • Professional drivers and vehicles

All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

7. Pricing and Rates

All rates are applicable for transportation between the pickup point and destination point. Displayed prices may vary depending on possible delays or route changes at the time of transfer. All prices include VAT where applicable.

8. Booking and Reservations

  • All bookings must be made at least 12 hours in advance
  • Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of booking details
  • We reserve the right to decline service requests

The user confirms and guarantees that they are at least 18 years old and possess the legal and mental capacity to enter into a contract with Trident Mobility, subject to these conditions, and is capable of using our booking system in accordance with these conditions.

9. Legitimate Use

Users agree that the booking service will be used only for making legitimate bookings for the curent person and accompanying persons.

10. User Responsibility

Users will be responsible for all fees, payments and amounts resulting from the use of services. Trident Mobility is not responsible for incorrect data entry by users and generation of bookings with incorrect data.

11. Fraud Prevention

Trident Mobility reserves the right to immediately cancel without notification any booking suspected of fraud or generated through abusive use of the booking system.

15. Time References

All departure and arrival times correspond to local time of pickup location.

16. Information Confidentiality

Persons using our services are not required to provide personal information beyond what is necessary for service delivery. However, to provide our services, we need some personal information such as names, phone number, email address, travel coordinates, etc. Trident Mobility uses this data only for operational and statistical purposes.

The mandatory or optional nature of personal information is indicated when completing your booking. Refusal to provide mandatory personal data implies non-completion or refusal of access to the requested service.

17. Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your personal information and comply with applicable data protection regulations. Your personal data will only be used for the purposes stated in these terms and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

18. Liability

Trident Mobility's liability is limited to the value of the transportation service provided. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.

19. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by Romanian law. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of Romanian courts.
